Development Associate

Big Brother Big Sisters, Winston Salem, NC, Part Time


This part-time, entry-level position is responsible for assisting our organization's development team in creating and implementing strategies that ensure sustainability and organizational growth by developing friendships, partnerships, and nurturing relationships for Big Brothers Big Sisters constituents.


The ideal candidate will have a strong belief in and commitment to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Services’ Mission, have at least two years of previous experience in philanthropy, self-motivated, exceptional skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management, ability to manage multiple tasks, define and set priorities and problem solve, possess and practice confidentiality maintaining constituent information, good people skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills.
