Are you a fundraising pro with a passion for impact and community? We’re looking for someone just like you.

As Development Manager, you’ll lead our donor and grant strategies—from crafting compelling campaigns and writing winning grants to dreaming up unforgettable fundraising events. You'll work alongside our Executive Director, Board, and community partners to help shape the future of Fifth Street Ministries/Diakonos, Inc. in Statesville, NC.

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years in fundraising, donor development, or grant writing

- Skills with digital outreach, CRM tools, and event planning

- Someone who’s strategic, collaborative, and resourceful
