DESCRIPTION:

As Annual Fund Manager, you will lead and execute a comprehensive annual giving strategy—including direct mail, online campaigns, donor stewardship initiatives, and grant proposals. You will play a key role in driving donations through direct mail and grant efforts while strengthening donor engagement and long-term sustainability.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Campaign Management

• Develop and manage the Annual Fund and Donor Relations campaign calendar

• Execute multi-segment direct mail campaigns 

• Launch and manage engaging online campaigns via MailChimp (or equivalent)

• Analyze appeal performance and donor trends to refine strategy

Data-Driven Fundraising

• Segment donor lists for targeted mailings and digital communications

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and response rates

• Interpret donor database trends to identify growth opportunities

• Present statistical and financial insights to leadership

Grant & Giving Program Oversight

• Maintain and resubmit current and new grant proposals

• Manage grant proposal calendar by adhering to submission and reporting deadlines

• Research and identify new potential funding sources

• Communicate across departments to ensure compliance with grant restrictions

Donor & Community Engagement

• Respond to donor and volunteer inquiries with discretion and care

• Promote Trellis Supportive Care and its Foundation through community involvement

• Build productive relationships with board members, donors, and community partners
