About the Event

In this 70 minute session, we will learn to recognize that self doubt / imposter syndrome is paradoxical and has gifts to offer. We will explore 4 myths that prevent us from being in our power.

  • Have you seen a great opportunity come and go without reaching for it out of fear you would lose?
  • Have you ever wondered if you deserve the role you are in?
  • Have you ever held back from expressing your opinion because you were not sure it was correct?
  • Have you sat quietly and watched a colleague be mistreated?
  • Have you seen other people take credit for work you took the lead on?
  • In addition to sharing stories, you will develop a story that values all of who you are and what you can achieve.
  • We will address the differences in imposter syndrome for people of different backgrounds - the margin mainstream elements of imposter syndrome
