Summary of the Opportunity:
As a Development Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the fundraising and development efforts of our organization. You will work closely with the development team to implement strategies, coordinate a variety of fundraising activities, and ensure the smooth operation of fundraising initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a wide range of administrative and developmental tasks and working independently and as a team. This person must be well-organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Crucial to this role is the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a service-oriented environment, sometimes under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are equally important.
