This interactive roundtable conversation invites development professionals at all levels to examine how the core values of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access challenge and enrich the traditional AFP Code of Ethics. Together, we will examine current sector trends, share lessons learned, and co-create solutions to elevate ethical standards within our own organizations and across the community. Facilitated by the AFP Triad Chapter’s IDEA Committee.
