About the Event

Over the last few years, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) has become a fixture in many conversations in the workplace with many organizations taking steps to signal their commitments to DEI. But 3 years post-pandemic and the murder of George Floyd most organizations are still struggling to find their footing and many have failed to see their efforts translate into real results. In this presentation, we'll explore the underlying business imperative for DEI and the steps organizations can take to move from talk to results.

Participants will learn:

● the business imperative for DEI

● the barriers many organizations face when trying to operationalize DEI

● best practices for overcoming these barriers
