About the Role: This individual will take the lead in designing and managing procedures and systems and analyzing data to support the needs of the philanthropy department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maximizing the donor database and assisting with communications/events.
-Reviewing, assessing, and updating the donor database, including training.
-Participating in the designing of systems for gift acknowledgments.
-Point person for gathering data and reporting.
-Implementing database enhancements, innovations, and upgrades.
-Researching and recommending ways to enhance traditional and electronic communications, partnering with marketing.
-Assisting with planning and coordinating events.
-Researching to build Philanthropy Department reach.
-Administrative support.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Minimum of three years of database management experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor database systems; Salesforce is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-A genuine belief in the power of philanthropy to create positive change.
