Summary of the Opportunity:
The Philanthropy Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Philanthropy team and the fundraising plan for Novant Health Foundation. The coordinator will assist with the building of the major gifts pipeline through active management and development of annual donors. The coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of fifty+ prospects/donors to achieve and sustain annual philanthropic support of $500,000. The coordinator will maintain donor information in the system’s database. This role the team in donor stewardship, and is responsible for donor acknowledgement, donor recognition, fundraising events, and other stewardship/cultivation activities.

A professional and resourceful style; the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects. Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respect confidential information.
