The Manager of Continuous Quality Improvement and Partnerships is a critical role in the local partnership. Under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer has three major responsibilities: (1.) provides oversight for and manages all contracts and grants for the agency and procurement of services; (2.) coordinates and ensures continuous quality improvement by the agency and; ensures that Smart Start and their partners are systemic and intentional about improving services and practices, and increasing positive outcomes for children and families. (3) supports community outreach to successful relationships with partners in the community. This position serves as a liaison for the agency working closely with the parent agency, North Carolina Partnership for Children (NCPC); program and fiscal staff of internal and external service providers to ensure accurate reporting, service delivery and procedural compliance on all contracts and grants.
