Leadership Winston-Salem is seeking a full-time Director of Philanthropy to plan and execute annual fundraising strategies. Activities include cultivating donor relationships, developing an annual report for the community, management of donor database (Network for Good), planning and execution of select special events and managing donor acknowledgement. Bachelor’s degree with minimum three years of non-profit fundraising experience is required as well as proficiency with MS Office. Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships, experience working with volunteers and superior written and oral communication.
