About the Role: This individual will take the lead in designing and managing procedures and systems and analyzing data to support the needs of the philanthropy department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain relationships.
-Utilize donor databases to track progress.
-Lead Annual Appeals and philanthropic initiatives.
-Manage and support Capital Campaigns.
-Promote legacy giving and enhance participation in the Society/Circle.
-Apply for grants and ensure timely reporting to funding entities.
-Engage with residents and staff in community activities to foster relationships.
-Outreach to faith partners for continued engagement and stewardship.
-Collaborate with team members on communications.
-Research potential donors and develop engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Minimum of five years of experience in a philanthropic role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor database systems; Salesforce is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-A genuine belief in the power of philanthropy to create positive change.
