Development Associate, Academic and Student Affairs

Full-time position

The Development Associate will work in close collaboration with the NC State academic and student affairs development team, alumni, parents, volunteers, and constituents across the division and across campus to plan, develop, and implement all aspects of donor relations within DASA.

The Development Associate is instrumental in enabling the office to achieve its annual fund-raising goals by performing the following duties:

Processing gifts;

Writing and producing gift acknowledgement letters;

Data management;

Providing support for front-line fundraisers, endowment and scholarship administration; fund management and support for annual giving and leadership annual giving programs.

Function as the office business officer, handling all aspects of finances from managing and tracking the budget to reconciling purchases.
