National Philanthropy Day 2020

Each Year, AFP Triad Chapter recognizes individuals, businesses and organizations from across the Triad for their philanthropic contributions which “Change the Triad with a Giving Heart.” Nominations are accepted each year for nine categories. For a description of each award, see below.

To maintain health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, our planned in-person celebration at Grandover Resort has been postponed. We look forward to returning to Grandover next year. Our 2020 National Philanthropy Celebration will be celebrated online with special videos and photos of our honorees. Please join us “virtually” during the week of Thanksgiving to celebrate philanthropy in the Triad!

Sponsorship opportunities are available.  As an official sponsor, you have the opportunity to recognize a special individual or couple from your organization as a “Spirit of Philanthropy” Honoree. Honorees will be recognized on the 2020 National Philanthropy Day webpage and in full page newspaper ads in the Winston-Salem Journal, the Greensboro News & Record, and the High Point Enterprise.  Follow the link below to become a sponsor or download the Sponsorship Packet here and mail in your information.
