Everyday Ethics

Ethical dilemmas come in all shapes and sizes! Sure, there are the big ones, with obvious, clear answers that leave no room for doubt according to the AFP Ethics Policy. But there are also small, every day ethical dilemmas that fundraising professionals face that require a "stop and pause" moment.

About the Event

Ethical dilemmas come in all shapes and sizes! Sure, there are the big ones, with obvious, clear answers that leave no room for doubt according to the AFP Ethics Policy. But there are also small, every day ethical dilemmas that fundraising professionals face that require a "stop and pause" moment to think about how best to handle the situation.

AFP celebrates Ethics Awareness Month each October. On October 25, join the AFP Triad Chapter in roundtable discussions as you get to know fellow AFP members and friends and explore large and small ethics scenarios. We’ll walk through a variety of real-world experiences that fundraisers face and talk through ethical solutions and responses. A variety of perspectives and experiences are welcome and will be shared!

Need CFRE credits? This monthly meeting is approved for CFRE continuing education credit - 1.5 hours.
